Hope is Now in Session!

Sessions of Hope Volume One

Volume 1: Recovering From the Losses of Life

This one’s all about life’s losses. Loss is part of life—we can’t escape it.

But what if we believed we could still thrive with hope… all while wrestling with the grief of unexpected and unwelcome changes?

God takes messy, ugly, even dark things and turns them for good. Christ is the redeemer.

This Volume will help you discover how to overcome the pain of past losses and brace yourself for the ones to come—in a healthy, Christlike way.

Workshop Lecture 1: What Is Loss? 🌊💔🚀

This session asks the big question — what is loss, and what role can it play in our lives? There’s really no in-between: we either let it drown us 🌪️ or let it launch us 🚀 into all that God has for us ✝️.

Together, we’ll learn to see loss as a redemptive part of life — because we can’t avoid it, but we can let it transform us 💫.

  • AUDIO #2 | Sessions of Hope | Volume 1 : Recovering from the Losses of Life

Workshop Lecture 2: The Stages of Grief 🔢

Bubbles are pure magic — they shimmer, they dance, they float... and then pop! 🎉

Their beauty lies in how brief they are.

We expect them to vanish, but when it comes to the “bubbles” of our own lives — people, seasons, dreams — we sometimes wish they’d last forever.

In today’s session, we’re letting those bubbles teach us something.

🫧 We’ll explore the stages of grief — how they rise, drift, and sometimes burst — and discover how even the popping can lead to something new.

It’s all part of learning that loss is woven into love, and acceptance isn’t the end of the story... it’s the beginning of transformation. 🎊

  • AUDIO #3 | Sessions of Hope | Volume 1 : Recovering from the Losses of Life

Workshop Lecture 3: Will I Ever Be The Same Again? | The Movements of Grief

Grief has this sneaky way of showing up like it owns the place — rearranging the furniture of our hearts and leaving us wondering if life will ever look familiar again.

In Week 3, we take a gentle (and honest!) look at the messy movements of grief the accompany each stage.

Along the way, we’ll trace how the pain tries to whisper lies… and how Jesus responds to each one with hope that refuses to quit. We’ll open our Bibles to Romans 5:1–11 and let its grace-soaked peace breathe fresh air into moments that feel too heavy to carry.

This session was wonderfully interactive — full of real people sharing real losses .

You’ll even find a couple of downloadable handouts right beside the audio, in case you want to doodle along.

By the end, you might just discover that while life changes us — Jesus meets us in every change with a love that won’t let go. 💛

So take a deep breath. You don’t have to rush your healing.

Press play when you’re ready… and we’ll walk this together. ✨🎈

  • AUDIO #4 | Sessions of Hope | Volume 1 : Recovering from the Losses of Life

Workshop Lecture 4: Letting Go and Making Peace

Loss has a way of breaking us open — like a seed that falls to the ground and wonders if it will ever become anything again. 🌱

In Week 4, we talk about what it really means to make peace — not by pretending everything’s fine, but by surrendering what we can’t carry and trusting God to bring new life from what’s been buried. Through stories of hurricanes, family memories, and the quiet wisdom of Scripture, we’ll see how peace isn’t the absence of pain, but the presence of Christ right in the middle of it.

We’ll lean into Philippians 4:7 and Romans 5:1–5, watching how endurance, character, and hope take root in surrendered soil.

By the end, you might just notice it: the gentle shift from regret to resurrection, from holding tight to letting go — and discovering that nothing surrendered to God is ever wasted. 🎈

  • AUDIO #5 | Sessions of Hope | Volume 1 : Recovering from the Losses of Life

    Workshop Lecture 5: Courage & Resilience 🎈💪✨

Life can throw some real curveballs ⚡😅, and yeah… it can hurt.

But here’s the wild, wonderful part ... we can take those scars, those messy moments, and turn them into hope for someone else 💖🌱.

This isn’t about being strong for applause 👏 or scoring points 🏆. Nope ... it’s about bracing ourselves against the tough stuff 😤💨, standing firm when life gets stormy 🌪️, and discovering that, just like Paul in a prison cell 🏰✝️, we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength 💪🙏.

Let’s laugh, cry, and walk away with some courage in our pocket 🎊🎈💛.

  • AUDIO #6 | Sessions of Hope | Volume 1 : Recovering from the Losses of Life

    Workshop Lecture 6: Integration 🎈✨

Life keeps tossing challenges our way 🎢⚡, and sometimes it feels like we’re paddling upstream in a rainstorm 🌧️🛶.

Session 6 is all about putting the pieces together 🧩💛—learning to integrate what we’ve discovered, build courage from the little victories, and remember that peace is never out of reach ✨✋.

Jesus didn’t just say, “Do not let your hearts be troubled” 💖✝️ for the fun of it. Nope… He gave us the tools to hold onto that peace, even when the world feels loud and messy 🌪️🎶.

Come ready to gather strength, laugh at the chaos, and leave with courage in your pocket 🎈🌱💛. Because peace isn’t a prize—it’s always at your fingertips.
