Weekly meetings allow time for getting to know each other, encouragement, praise and worship, testimonies, and Bible study. The contemporary acoustic praise and worship is centered around bringing glory and honor to Jesus in an intimate and personal way. Bible studies are designed to encourage the youth to seek a more intimate relationship with Christ, build a stronger foundational knowledge of the Word, and to reach out to new and non-believers.
We support many activities for Sr. and Jr. high youth! These include boat trips to Shell Island, camping trips, ski trips, concert excursions, movies, combined worship and other activities with several local youth groups. We also have fundraisers to help defer costs for these events that include: bake sales, car washes, calendar sales, and musical/theatrical productions.
We have a youth website that is an awesome resource for the youth to do devotions, ask questions, add a flavor of their own creativity, and keep up with all the latest activities of Mad Beach Youth Group. The website is under construction. You can e-mail us at local429@yahoo.com.
